We investigate cognitive psychology and human perception processes through vision, touch and sound. Our research explores high-level functions, including learning, memory, metacognition and reading.

Part of Psychology

We produce world-leading research examining the way people perform simple and complex tasks. Our work provides important implications in forensic psychology and treatments for addiction. We're supported by funding from the EU, research councils and industrial partners.

Within the Centre for perception and cognition we investigate human perceptual processes with a special focus on perception, learning, memory, metacognition and reading.
