Careers and Skills for Data-driven Research (CaSDaR)

Project overview

The Careers and Skills for Data-driven Research (CaSDaR) Network+ is dedicated to enhancing the management, recognition, and reuse of research data across all academic disciplines. As research becomes increasingly data-driven, the role of Data Stewards—specialists who ensure research data is effectively managed and shared—has never been more crucial.

CaSDaR aims to bridge the gap between data generation and reuse by fostering a supportive, inclusive community where Data Stewards can thrive professionally. Through collaboration, training, and advocacy, CaSDaR is setting the standard for research data stewardship, ensuring research outputs remain accessible, sustainable, and impactful for future generations.
