Project overview

This research aims to investigate the impact of digital transformation on the project management profession, specifically in relation to the methods and skills required in the emerging AI economy for effective project delivery in the public and private sectors. Therefore, the primary research question we seek to answer is:
"How is digital transformation affecting the methods and skills necessary for project management professionals in both public and private sectors, and what changes need to be made to harness current and future digital technologies for project delivery in the emerging AI economy?"
