The facility reflects how modern biomedical engineering brings together different fields. It combines life sciences, electronics and data-driven technologies in one practical teaching environment.

The laboratory supports both independent study and group projects. It provides a modern and controlled setting designed for safe and effective learning. Students can work on their own or collaborate in teams.

It's a lively learning environment where you'll find support from specialist technicians, student demonstrators, academics and programme leads for subject-related questions to help support experiments and projects.
