Full PhD Scholarships in Banking at Southampton Business School

A 2:1 honours degree or its international equivalent.

Applicants are expected to have a strong research proposal and possess outstanding grades in a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in relevant disciplines, in addition to meeting our standard admission requirements for PhD students.

We offer a range of funding opportunities for both UK and international students, including Bursaries and Scholarships. 

Scholarships include full tuition fees and an annual stipend of £20,780 for 3 years. They are open to UK/EU and international/overseas students.

• the area you will apply for is Banking and Finance

Additional information

Successful applicants will be expected to start in September 2025.
