Having successfully completed this module you will be able to:
- Justify relevant interventions in the management and recovery of acutely ill patients' care.
- Critically consider the factors that impact on high risk patient groups.
- Analyse the significance of physiological responses presenting in a range of conditions.
- Evaluate the professional complexities of managing patients care across acute care settings
- Critically examine the psychological needs of the patient with acute care needs and their significant others.
- Evaluate the principles of holistic assessment, assessment tools and the use of technology in the care of patients with acute care needs.
