Current research
My research explores the relationship between age stereotypes/age discrimination and individual career-related outcomes. It aims to highlight the negative impact of age discrimination on workers' work outcomes to raise awareness among policymakers and managers about creating age-friendly social and work environments to combat worker-related age discrimination.
