Currently conducting a PhD (funded by the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership) that will firstly explore social and digital inequalities in self-management interventions and secondly aim to tailor self-management support for people living with coexisting physical and mental long-term conditions in the community at micro and meso levels.

Completed a MNurs in Adult and Mental Health Nursing at the University of Southampton (Dissertation - Psychosocial Care for Lower Limb Loss: A Systematic Literature Review of Healthcare Professionals’ Views) and an MRes in Clinical and Health Research at the University of Southampton (Dissertation - What helps and what hinders: An exploration of self-management and living well with coexisting physical and mental long-term conditions in the community).
