Bradley earned his PhD from the The University of Birmingham in December 2022. Since then, he has worked as a Teaching Fellow in Birmingham and Southampton, before beginning has as a Leverhulme Research Fellow for a research project titled 'Progressive Party Politics and the Incoherent State' in February 2025. The project will trace how progressive parties are navigating the UK's system of multi-level governance and multi-level party politics, reflecting his his interest in British politics, governance, public policy, party politics and political ideologies. He has recently published in Political Studies, the British Journal of Politics and International Relations and the Journal of Political Ideologies.
