Current research
Chen's current research focuses on the regulation of financial services markets and extends to company and commercial law as well as emering issues in the regulation of AI. She approaches these areas through the lens of consumer protection, stiuating her analysis within broader debates on social justice, and examining how legal frameworks can both facilitate innovation and safeguard vulnerable groups in rapidly evolving markets.
