Biography
Fatima Velieva is a full time PhD student at Southampton Education School, University of Southampton.
She is particularly interested in how government policies shape university internationalisation and the development of institutional capacity for global engagement.
Born and raised in Azerbaijan, Fatima holds degrees from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
