Antibody Trader

Antibody Trader is the commercial extension of the Antibody and Vaccine group (AVG).

The AVG is part of the School of Cancer Sciences and based in the Centre for Cancer Immunology, within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton.

The group focuses on antibody mediated immunotherapies and has been producing and researching monoclonal antibodies for over 25 years.

They are able to offer commercial licensing deals for their monoclonal antibodies developed for research.

Services available include; bulk antibody production, hybridoma licensing and V region sequence information.

Our Antibodies

CD antigens - Lymphocyte Signalling

Antibodies to various receptors (Cluster of Differentiation; CD antigens) expressed on the immune cells of humans and mice, such as CD20, CD22, CD38 or CD40.

Fc Receptors

Antibodies to mouse and human immunoglobulin binding receptors; in particular Fc gamma Receptors (FcR).

MHC and HLA antibodies

Antibodies to the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) and Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) markers in mouse and humans.

Immunoglobulins

Antibodies specifically recognising various classes of immunoglobulin molecules including human and mouse IgG, IgA and IgD.

Idiotypes

Antibodies directed to the idiotype regions of various clinically relevant therapeutic antibodies including rituximab and tositumomab.
