CHEP Teaching Development Grant plus Law School’s contribution, £1598, University of Southampton, 2023
This is a funding of up to £1000 to support conference or course attendance to enhance teaching development.
The funding is used to attend a virtual course which provides attendees with the knowledge of evidence analysis and award writing.
After attending the course, I can enrich my teaching methods with the new evidence based legal pedagogy. This new legal pedagogy will help students to learn how to analyse evidence and accordingly identify legal issues. It will develop law students’ future of legal practice. It will ensure value-adding legal education to current law programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Southampton Law School.
I will make a presentation of my teaching development at CHEP Festival Teaching and Learning 2024.
