Biography
Liang joined Southampton Law School in January 2020 after having worked at City University of Hong Kong since 2014.
He has taught predominantly Maritime Law, Insurance Law, International Trade Law, Private International Law at City University of Hong Kong and University of Southampton. Liang was a Visiting Scholar of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law in 2008, an Academic Visitor of City Law School of City University London in 2014 and Senior Research Fellow of the Maritime Law Centre of the Faculty of Law of National University of Singapore in 2016 and 2019.
