Good corporate governance in UK

Project overview

This was a large research project commissioned by UK government's Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) with a commensurate £65,000 funding award. It was undertaken at King's College London under Professors Igor Filatotchev, Howard Gospel and Gregory Jackson who were projects PI's with Bruce Hearn as a CI. It investigated Key Drivers of ‘Good’ Corporate Governance and the Appropriateness of Policy Responses in the UK and was both awarded and successfully completed in 2006/7
