Exercise physiology sessions
If you have an injury or long-term health condition and want support in rehabilitation or improving your health, our Exercise Physiology sessions could be right for you.
Exercise physiology is the scientific study of how the body's cardiovascular, muscular and metabolic systems respond and adapt to physical activity. Sessions with our accredited Exercise Physiologist, Andy, involve specialised, individualised exercise interventions to help you manage chronic conditions and improve physical function.
Your first session will be a consultation to discuss your needs and either some testing or exercise based off this discussion. Further sessions will be in the gym going through exercises specific to your injury or condition.
These sessions will be most beneficial if you have a diagnosis so that we can target the specific needs and considerations for that injury or condition.
