Research interests

Previously, I focused on my research interest on studying the degradation progression of crucial protein in lung tumorigenesis and finding potential drug target for non-small cell lung cancer.

Currently, I participated in the research which will develop a novel interdisciplinary approach to understand EMT molecular networks, incorporating data- mining and network reconstruction alongside wet-lab experimentation using well-defined cell-models established in our laboratories that recapitulate EMT in tumour invasion and lung fibrosis.

Research project: Integrated experimental and computational approach to understand Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) regulatory networks in tumour invasion and lung fibrosis.
