Professor Amanda Bragg-Mollison, Deputy Head of School Education at the Winchester School of Art, is an expert in Luxury Marketing and Branding, bringing extensive global experience from the luxury property management, hospitality, and fashion industries. Her career uniquely integrates deep commercial insight with academic leadership, which has focused on crafting exceptional luxury strategies and experiences tailored to high-net-worth consumers, alongside delivering outstanding educational experiences for students.
She holds a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional qualifications in marketing and digital marketing, which complement her specialized knowledge in luxury service and sensory marketing. In her role as Deputy Head of School and Knowledge Exchange & Enterprise Lead at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton, she spearheads initiatives that connect academic learning with industry practice, ensuring students acquire the practical skills and experience needed for successful careers in luxury marketing. She is also the author and academic lead of the new BA (Hons) Luxury Brand Management programme, designed to prepare the next generation of brand leaders for the global luxury sector.
Amanda is an author of Luxury and the Senses (Bloomsbury) and actively contributes to international research on luxury retail environments and cross-cultural consumer insights. In addition, she serves as an external examiner and consultant, supporting luxury brands and institutions with luxury marketing strategy, digital innovation, and customer experience enhancement.
