PhD student at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton. My research looks at the history of vision and technological modes of viewing. I am also interested in contemporary art, aesthetics, image theories, and theories of photography. I have published some articles on new media art and surveys of art & technology in China. I also wrote for an art museum in Beijing and worked as the editorial board of their academic publication.
