About
Elspeth is a doctoral researcher in the School of Education at the University of Southampton. Her research draws on her previous experience as an occupational therapist where she worked people with intellectual disdabilities for many years. Within her doctoral research she is working alongside young people with profound intellectual and multiple disabilities to explore how engaging in meaningful occupation can facilitate the experience and expression of belonging.
