About

I am a PhD student in computer science at The School of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS). I'm part of the Digital Health & Biomedical Engineering Group (DHBE), my supervisors are Doctor Jagmohan Chauhan, and Professor Paul White.

I hold a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Southampton.

Prior to embarking on my PhD journey, I gained valuable experience as a mobile application developer, harnessing advanced programming skills to create innovative mobile apps. Subsequently, I transitioned into a role as a Teaching Assistant, where I facilitated labs for various courses, including Advanced Programming in Java and Fundamentals of Digital Hardware.

Within the realm of research, I am particularly drawn to the domain of healthcare and wellbeing. My focus lies in utilizing audio signal processing techniques to develop novel solutions. I am deeply passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance the overall wellbeing of individuals by analyzing audio signals.

Ultimately, my goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to contribute to projects that create a positive impact on society. I am always eager to collaborate with like-minded researchers and individuals who share my interests.
