I have previously worked as an Ecologist and Environmental Consultant for engineering consultancy, Mott MacDonald. Most recently, I was the Lead policy advisor on the biodiversity metric at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Postgraduate research project: compatibility of climate and biodiversity targets under future land use change
I am a first year PhD student focusing on the compatibility of climate and biodiversity targets under future land use change. I will look at spatial models to assess how future land use change for renewable energy can also contribute to global biodiversity targets.
