Biomedical spatial biology facility

About the Biomedical spatial biology facility

Nature Methods chose spatially resolved transcriptomics as the method of the year in 2020.

We have built a spatial biology platform, where we aim to host a suite of equipment and corresponding expertise to enable our researchers to carry out cutting edge work on medically relevant challenges.

We provide advice on and support experimental design, sample preparation and data analysis.

Technical specification
