Academic Qualifications:

2017-2018: MSc Bioinformatics, University of Edinburgh, UK.
2013-2017: BSc Bioengineering, Nanjin Tech University, China.

Research interests

Previously I participated in research projects studying The role of stoichiometrically limiting subunits of protein complexes in human disease.

Currently, I am interested on developing a novel interdisciplinary approach to understand EMT molecular networks, incorporating data-mining and network reconstruction alongside wet-lab experimentation using well-defined cell-models established in our laboratories that recapitulate EMT in tumour invasion and lung fibrosis.

Supervisors: Dr Yihua Wang Dr Rob Ewing & Prof DE Davies.
PhD Research: Integrated experimental and computational approach to understand Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) regulatory networks in tumour invasion and lung fibrosis.
