This workout class targets the full body and all major muscle groups.
An intense core workout for functional fitness. This 30-minute class is designed to tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back, obliques and slings connecting the upper and lower body. It improves functional strength and assists in injury prevention.
You must book your class in advance. Southampton Sport monthly members can book up to 7 days in advance. Monthly Plus and Annual members can book up to 8 days in advance.

Pay as you go passes are available from the Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre reception desk.
If you’re a non-member joining classes regularly, you might save money by buying an Activity pass. An Activity pass is valid for 3 months and entitles you to 10 all access sessions for the price of 8.
You can register for an account and buy your pass at the Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre Reception.
Only the person who made the booking can cancel it. You must cancel at least 2 hours before your booking start time. If you miss or cancel a session with less than 2 hours’ notice, you will pay a non-attendance fee at the Pay as you go rate.
Pay as you go customers, who cancel their booking at least 2 hours in advance, will get a credit for the fees paid.
