Fitness classes: strength and energy

Suitable for everyone, these classes are designed to improve and maintain your overall fitness levels.

Our classes

We offer the following strength and energy fitness classes: 

Abs and Back 

Exercises to improve the strength in your back and abdominal area. Improving postures and bad backs. 

Aqua Zumba

Dance fitness party in the water, a calorie burning workout. Participants must be able to swim 25m and be confident in the water. 


An exhilarating all-over body workout using water for resistance. Fun and enjoyable and suitable for all levels of fitness. Participants must be able to swim 25m and be confident in the water. 

Core Fitness 

These classes are designed to strengthen core muscles. They can help with posture and back problems. 

Latin Fusion 

A cardio workout where you are free to enjoy Latin dance music with Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, and Reggaeton moves. A great way to work out and have some fun.

Cancelling a session

Cancel your booking online

You can also:

Sports Pass holders or non-members can cancel a booking up to 2 hours before the session start time. You'll get a credit for the fees paid. If you cancel within 2 hours of the session start time you will not get a credit or refund. 

If you fail to attend a session that you’ve booked, and you don’t tell us, you may be fined £5.99. Your membership may also be suspended until you pay this fine.
