Current research

An edited volume regarding the history of the Bubble Act which is a piece of legislation relating to incorporation. 

A research project into the benefactors of the Queen Anne's Bounty, a fund used to endow Church of England parishes. Some of these benefactions may have come from the profits of plantation economies based on the labour of the enslaved or from the trade in enslaved people. 

The history of the Darien Scheme: a failed colonisation project intended to create a Scottish settlement in the Darien region.
