Ms Sarah L Belben is a postgraduate research student within the School of Geography and Environmental Science at the University of Southampton.

Sarah has a BSc (Hons) in International Relations, an MSc in Sustainable Rural Development with Distinction, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Alongside her part-time PhD, Sarah works as an independent consultant for various healthcare, social care, and education providers across the private, public and non-profit sectors. Sarah provides support with business and programme development, specialising in securing contracts from local and central government for the delivery of UK and international projects.

Research interests

Sarah has broad research interests spanning the geographies of health, care, and development.

Exploring the feasibility of nature-based wellbeing interventions in primary schools in England.
