Apply for your student ID card

You’ll need to have a University IT account and be enrolled before you can get your student ID card. Please remember that once you have set up your IT account it can take up to 24 hours for the University’s other systems and services to become available to you. This includes your email, ID card service and enrolment services.

Your card will give you access to facilities on campus including libraries and faculty buildings. It will be valid until the end of your studies.

You should carry your ID card with you whenever you’re on campus.

What you’ll need

To apply for your ID card, you'll need to use your University IT account details and you must be enrolled.

To guarantee that you'll be able to collect your ID card over the Welcome Weekend, you'll need to order your card by Wednesday 13 September.
