Lecturer in Employment and Gender Discrimination Law

Natalia Delgado is a Lecturer in Employment and Gender Discrimination Law at Southampton Law School within the University of Southampton.
Natalia obtained her LLB and qualified as a barrister in Argentina and graduated with a Master's in International and European Law from the University of Geneva. Natalia is currently finishing her PhD at Birkbeck Law School, University of London. Her doctoral research specifically deals with the manner in which World Trade Organization, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have conceptualized labour and labour law since the 1970s.
She has a background working with trade unions, union federations and the SafeWork Programme, ACTRAV and COOP within the International Labour Organization in Geneva. Prior to joining Southampton Law School, Natalia taught in Birkbeck Law School and the School of Law at The University of Manchester.
