Student Hub

We're sure you’ll have lots of new numbers to save in your phone once you start your studies but make sure one of them is our 24/7 Student Hub. You never know when you may need the team throughout your studies.

The team is here to answer any questions or concerns that you may have to do with your wellbeing, studies, fees, accommodation and more. The team will help advise you no matter what and are here to point you in the right direction.

Meet and Greet service

Contact support services

If you are an international student who is booking to use our Meet and Greet Service by notifying us through the Meet and Greet Booking Form, and you have questions or need to cancel your place, contact the team using the email below. Our Students' Union (SUSU) sits at the heart of campus life. It's run by students, for students.

IT Support

You can contact iSolutions, the University’s professional IT service, for support or advice on issues relating to the University’s computer systems.

Student Inclusion

The Student Inclusion Team provides a wide range of support, advice and guidance to meet the individual needs of specific student communities including, care leavers, mature students, living at home students, estranged students and student parents.
