Dr Jaw-Kai Wang is a Senior Teaching Fellow at Southampton Business School (SBS), University of Southampton. He joined the SBS in 2012.

Jaw-Kai received his PhD in Management from the University of Southampton. Prior to joining the University of Southampton, he was a visiting lecturer at the SBS and a Research Fellow at the University of Reading. Prior to joining academia, Jaw-Kai worked as a senior analyst in a Research Institute.  His current research interests include knowledge management, distributed leadership, and research methods.
