Dr Mark Jordan is a Lecturer of Land Law within Southampton Law School at the University of Southampton.

Mark speaks on all aspects of the residential tenancy law and policy of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, notably

Devolution and housing law and policy, rent regulation, security of tenure systems, regulation of housing condition and safety and the right to housing in national housing systems.
