Teaching Fellow in German Language

Dr Katy Heady is a Teaching Fellow in German Languages in Modern Languages and Linguistics at the University of Southampton.
I have studied German at the universities of Cambridge, Durham and Sheffield. In 2007 I completed a PhD on the relationship between censorship and German literature in the early nineteenth century. Since then, I have taught German at the universities of Sheffield, Loughborough and Oxford, and have also worked as a tutor on Lifelong Learning and Pre-sessional courses here at Southampton.
