Research project: Gender and well-being: interactions between work, family and public policies

Bernard Harris was the UK Coordinator for an international seminar programme on ‘Gender and wellbeing’ which was funded by the European funding agency, COST

The programme comprised six seminars held in different European cities between 2006 and 2009. It led to the creation of a book series on ‘Gender and wellbeing’ which is published by Ashgate. Two volumes have already been published and two more are due to appear in the autumn of 2011.
