Studio flat category 1

Category 1 studio flats are our least expensive self-contained accommodation option, with a small kitchen and en suite bathroom of your own. They are for single occupancy and generally more suited to postgraduate or mature students, though all students are able to apply for them. They are great for students wanting their own space and facilities with but still with the other benefits of living in university accommodation.

Please see further detail below to find out what’s included.
