- develop teamwork on practical cases of operations management;
- critically analyse and evaluate on operations performance and strategy, supply network design, process redesign;
- problem solve on location issues, scheduling;
- develop written and oral communication skills through in class group discussion and case report writing;
- computer skills on suitable software to solve operations question.
