Module overview
Students will be equipped with both knowledge and understanding of definition and characteristics of project, objectives, stakeholders and definitions of project success/failure, scope management, matrix organisations, the project life-cycle, project planning, managing time and networks, progress monitoring, change and risk management, decision making, and collaborative working. Case studies will be used to illustrate many of the challenges as well as solutions of relevance to project management.
