Module overview
This module offers a practical introduction to organising, arranging for, rehearsing and performing with groups of singers of any level, from beginners to professionals. It is particularly aimed at students who are interested in community music or music education as part of a portfolio career in music.

- Choosing appropriate rehearsal techniques and vocal development strategies (warm ups etc) for groups of singers

All students will form a mixed-ability choir for the purposes of hands-on work in the module.

- an arrangement for a group of singers
- a written portfolio (e.g. of rehearsal plans, marketing strategies, warm-up and vocal health exercises, programme notes etc.)
- an observed rehearsal
