Dissertation Title: A Post-Project Appraisal of the River Restoration Project on the River Somer, Midsomer Norton, in Re-establishing the Natural Hydrological, Morphological and Ecological Parameters.

Research interests

Research interests involve river restoration, particularly the degradation of chalk rivers, catchment-based restoration and the restoration of fluvial geomorphological and ecological processes.

PhD Research

Title: Developing Ecologically Acceptable Sediment Targets for Chalk Rivers.

Supervisors: Prof David Sear Dr Pete Shaw, Prof Adrian Collins.

Funding: The Environment Agency.
