Ivan is a Doctoral Researcher, Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant and Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (DSIE).
Ivan joined the University of Southampton in 2015 as an undergraduate student, studying BSc in Business Philosophy. Then, Ivan continued his studies, following an MSc in International Management. As of September 2019, Ivan is studying for his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, researching luck, authenticity, and entrepreneurial success.
Throughout his time at Southampton, Ivan has achieved an excellent academic record. He was awarded the 'Best Performance in a Programme' prize for his excellent academic record in his undergraduate degree, the 'Dean's list' award for writing an outstanding postgraduate dissertation, and obtained several scholarships - the 'Merit', 'UK/EU Taught', and 'Presidential' scholarships. In 2021 Ivan and his colleagues received a National Productivity Investment Grant (NPIF) from the UK government to work on a research project for mitigating the adverse effects of COVID19 on social enterprises through digitalisation. In the same year, Ivan obtained an Associate Fellow qualification at AFHEA, in recognition of attainment against the UK Professional Standards Framework for teaching and learning support in higher education.
