I am currently interested in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa proteins which are involved in bacterial biofilm dispersal, particularly in response to redox stimuli and nitric oxide, via the c-di-GMP signalling pathway.  I solve the structure of proteins, mainly through rotational crystallography methods. Further interests are serial and time-resolved crystallography methods, specifically of redox systems and the emergence of AI-driven structure predictions.
