Developing a Core Outcome Set for Nurse Wellbeing

Project overview

Poor nurse wellbeing is a significant issue that impacts patient care quality and satisfaction, leading to poor job satisfaction, increased sickness absence and nurses leaving the workforce. There is currently no consensus on what nurse wellbeing is or how it should be captured and measured. An evidence-based, positive way of measuring wellbeing is through the creation of a Core Outcome Set (COS).
