Project overview
In response to the spreading Covid-19 pandemic, the UK government gave an order on the 23rd March 2020, which instructed citizens to not leave the home except for limited defined reasons. Citizens not providing essential services were required to work from home, or not at all. This research project aims to discover how Third Sector Organisations (TSOs) adapted their operational models and use of technology in response to the order and contribute to the existing body of literature exploring TSOs use of information and communication technology.
