Mr Han Peng is a postgraduate research student within Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Southampton.

Han Peng studied for a Bachelors degree on aircraft power engineering in 2016, and a Master degree on aeronautical engineering in 2019 with a thesis entitled 'Study of the mechanism on flame propagation and deflagration to detonation transition with fluidic obstacles' at Xiamen University, China. Now, he is a PhD student at the University of Southampton, aided by the China Scholarship Council. His PhD topic is about the simulations of the supersonic combustion in rotating detonation engines.
