I am an ecologist with keen interests in forest biodiversity, ecosystem services, land use and conservation.
The scale problem: Understanding the relationships between pattern and process, “the essence of science” (Levins, 1992), explicitly or implicitly incorporates scale into the process of identifying research objectives (Gibson et al. 2000).

2012-2016: Ph.D., University of Southampton. Thesis title: “Evaluation of strategies for conserving biodiversity in temperate and boreal forests”
2008-2011: B.Sc. Zoology (First Class Hons.), University of Southampton. Dissertation title: “Density estimation of jaguars and spatio-temporal interactions with pumas in a wildlife corridor”
