Julio is a Social Psychologist (1st Class Hons) with a MS in Strategic Planning. Julio has deployed his teaching across different levels of higher education, in Mexico and in the UK. Currently is a lecturer in Psychology and Social Sciences in a Sixth Form College; he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students at Southampton University. Prior to starting his PhD, Julio performed as senior consultant of United Nations (UN). He was responsible for developing capacities amongst civil servants in a climate change adaptation project between UN and the Mexican Commission for Protected Areas. He also has sound experience designing and leading environmental education expeditions.
