Biography
Prior to joining Southampton, Jacob held a position as a College Lecturer at Jesus College, Cambridge, and completed a JD at Harvard Law School and a PhD in Political Science at the Harvard University Department of Government. Jacob also has four years of high-level legal practice experience, at Allen & Overy LLP and Herbert Smith LLP in London and as a clerk on the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City to the Honorable Judge Gerard E. Lynch.
