Eleanor is an integrated PhD researcher investigating health inequalities among older adults living in coastal areas of the UK. Her research focuses on how intergenerational engagement may improve health outcomes and reduce disparities in these communities. Eleanor graduated in 2021 with a First-Class Honours BSc in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds, where she was named to the Dean’s List and specialised in clinical metagenomics. Alongside her doctoral studies, she works at Crystallise Ltd, a medical research consultancy that uses real-world evidence and advanced data analytics to support healthcare decision-making. Her role involves contributing to evidence synthesis and knowledge transfer projects that support clinical decision-making.
