About

Hunter [he/him] teaches across all subdisciplines of anatomy including gross anatomy, histology, and embryology, with a focus on the Cardiopulmonary and Renal modules within the BM programmes.

His research interests focus on enhancing student engagement within anatomical education, particularly through 3D imaging and printing; promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) within anatomical education to expand representation within the field; and exploring the role of generative AI in medical curricula, specifically in the devleopment of innovative assessment methods. 

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he serves as the Deputy Assessment Lead for the BM5/6/EU Year One cohort, where he supports the development and organization of the year’s examinations. He is also a faculty representative for the Medical School Council’s EDI Alliance.
